One thing that my have contribute to your suspension is that you're using a script to automatically share these stories.
Elon has said that bot accounts will be suspended, Twitter might have mistaken your account as a "bot" because of the script you're using.
I would suggest trying contact Twitter support by email and see if you can this get issue resolved..
